This is my first time using your service. How do I make a reservation?
Making a reservation is easy, even for first-time clients. You can simply choose your preferred date, time, and service through our website's booking form and submit it, or you can call us directly to make a reservation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. -
What is the latest time I can make an appointment?
Our business hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The latest appointment times are as follows: 4:00 PM for a 60-minute massage, 3:30 PM for a 90-minute massage, and 3:00 PM for a 120-minute massage. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and U.S. holidays. -
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes, you can. Please let us know the name of the therapist you'd like when making your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
About Payment & Cancellations

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is due at the time of your visit. -
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made after this time or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. -
Can I make a same-day reservation?
Yes, same-day reservations are possible if there is availability. However, popular time slots tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend making a reservation in advance. -
Will I be charged on my credit card at the time of booking?
No, your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. We only take your credit card information to hold the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. Payment for the massage is due on the day of your appointment and can be made in cash or by credit card. -
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards. They make a perfect gift for family and friends. Gift cards can be purchased online or at our location.
